They’re successful in creating support for their ideas, and eventually, when there’s support, they're also able to pull it off and deliver.

As a craftsman you have impact. Through making your team grow, through a strong focus on value and through influencing all aspects that matter.

Above all, a true craftsman remains a true student; always trying to learn.
