E-learning Compliance & Integrity

About the e-learning

The E-learning Compliance & Integrity consists of three parts. You will discover how behavior and organizational culture influence compliance, and what role you play in this. You will also learn how to safeguard integrity through codes of conduct and rules, and how to make reports, for example via a whistleblowing procedure. Finally, you will explore conflicts of interest: how to recognize these situations, such as with gifts or secondary employment, and how to maintain your integrity in these cases.  

After each chapter, there is a self-test with feedback. The e-learning concludes with a final exam. Upon a positive result, you will receive a certificate. You complete the training fully online and at your own pace. Within two working days after registration, you will receive access to the learning environment.

This e-learning is suitable for all employees in the financial sector, regardless of role or level of experience. This includes compliance officers, risk managers, client advisors, team leaders, and professionals engaged in onboarding or continuing education.
