"Simona was goed in staat een groep senior medewerkers in het gareel te houden. Nu klinkt gareel misschien wat negatief maar in een groep ervaren mensen met veel eigen meningen is het vasthouden van de rode draad belangrijk en dat deed Simona heel goed! Hierdoor haalden we allemaal het maximale uit het programma. Verder gebruikte Simona veel voorbeelden uit haar persoonlijke leven en dat hielp de materie tot leven te brengen.
