"Really loved this training! Very well prepared, challenging tutorials and hands-on-lab. Liked the gradually increasing difficulty of the labs. I'm much more confident for my next CDK project and looking forward to it! Will probably still need some guidance/tips, yet this training gave me knowledge and confidence on the one side, and guidelines where to find info/resources on the web on the other side. Presenting this hands-on-lab results to a management audience give the training/trainees some extra exposure. And most certainly helped us pay sufficient attention to the hands-on-lab :-)
The only tip I have is related to hardware. The standard Aegon W10 laptops, upgraded from 16 to 32GB memory, won't do. Only when using WSL2 on this type of laptop made the development experience "sort of ok". For future Aegon training I suggest to make setting up WSL part of the preps. For non-Aegon use of the training, consider sharing an advice on the hardware requirements for potential participants. Nothing is more annoying than a poor performing laptop.

"Ik heb het ervaren als een hele goede, leuke cursus. Met name de begeleiding en de opzet van deze training is heel goed. De klassikale start, gevolgd door een individueel programma, afgesloten door een groepsopdracht zorgt ervoor dat de cursus afwisselend is en meerdere leerdoelen raakt. Theoretische basis, zelfstandig tutorials maken en samenwerken in een groep. Aangezien deze training uitgesmeerd is over 4 weken en je bijna elke dag wel een opdracht hebt, is de mpact op je dagelijkse tijdsbesteding best groot. Mijn advies zou zijn om het aantal opdrachten iets te verminderen en ook een soort nabespreking te doen per opdracht." - 23-02-2023 09:21
