This course provides an introduction to AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and how to build and deploy AWS CDK applications using Azure DevOps. Participants will learn how to build CI/CD pipelines and deploy their applications using Azure DevOps pipelines.
Topics Covered:
- Setting up an AWS CDK environment
- Creating and deploying AWS resources
- Automating the deployment process using Azure DevOps pipelines
- Creating proxies on Apigee with ANL CDK
- Integrating Apigee proxies with AWS resources
Prerequisites:
- Basic understanding of AWS services and terminology
- Familiarity with a programming language such as JavaScript or TypeScript
- Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools

Time investment:
The training is spread over 4 weeks. The major time investments are:
- Workshop day on-site - 1 full day
- Individual learning - 6 tutorials of 1 hour each
- Hands-on lab group exercise
Participants can spend a little amount of time each day on the course material.
The hands-on lab group exercise will be scheduled towards the end of the 4-week period to allow participants to build their knowledge and skills before applying them in a practical setting.
