Leadership of Agile Teams (Agile Leiderschap) Journey

The success of Agile undertakings is increasingly dependent on the social competences of Agile Leaders, without neglecting the technical skills. Agile Leaders must be able to handle projects from a leadership perspective where stakeholders and team members require attention and adequate treatment in order to deliver successful results.

In the Leadership of Agile Teams Learning Journey you will Learn and experience a variety of situations and challenges in the daily practice of your Agile Leadership. The Journey contains the following steps:

• you will start with an Intake to discuss your learning objectives and take an Individual Evaluation of your Leadership Skills. With the Evaluation you will discover your strengths and weaknesses in your leadership Skills and Knowledge. Part of the Evaluation also a Personality questionnaire may be included to determine your Personal Profile.
• followed by an E-learning Leadership of Agile Teams tutored by a PRORIS Expert. In this E-learning you will acquire in-depth knowledge about leadership and behavioral skills as an Agile Leader,
• and the Journey will be concluded with a 2 day Masterclass from an Expert of PRORIS. In the first day we will deep dive in special topics (depending on the candidates learning objectives and Evaluation). The last day you will play an Agile Leadership Game to enhance your leadership skills and learn how to react in different situations.

The Journey has a 1 month duration. After finishing this Leadership Journey you may choose to follow up with a Individual Coaching Journey by a PRORIS Expert.
