  • Learn tools for detecting Data Inconsistency and dealing with the ABAP Debugger

    • Technology components in the Internet environment
  • Basics of relational databases
  • SAP transport management for ABAP and Java including enhanced CTS
  • Presentation of the functions of the SAP Solution Manager
  • Introduction to the areas Service Desk, Incident Management and Change Request Management
  • Early Watch Alert Reporting: ABAP & Java
  • Solution Monitoring and System Monitoring
  • Introduction to the End to End Root Cause Analysis including Wily Introscope and BMC AppSight
  • Data Inconsistency Analysis
  • Working with the ABAP Debugger

Notes

  • This course prepares for the certification SAP Certified Associate Support Engineer (C_ITSP70)
  • To ensure the learning process, it is recommended to deepen the knowledge through self-study, which should take place outside of the regular course hours
