Content
- Period-oriented planning and control in make-to-stock and make-to- order REM
- Master data specific to REM
- Interface to material requirements planning (MRP)
- Maintenance of periodic and line-oriented production planning using corresponding tools (optional: SCM-APO-PP/DS)
- Printing the production plan (production list)
- Material staging, e.g. using the pull-list
- Confirmation/goods receipt
- Evaluations
Notes
- Please note that the automotive topic "takt-based flow manufacturing" is not covered in this course. However, the relevant basic content (master data, planning concept) is available in the appendix of the course file.
