Embrace change's inevitability and significance, as adeptly navigating it stands as a vital trait within thriving human relationships.
During this three-day course, you’ll learn how emotions affect human relationship systems and how you can help others establish “locus of control.” By sharing this deeper understanding of change with others, you learn to help them embrace the idea of change as a natural phenomenon that is essential to any relationship system’s growth and development.
You’ll learn to help others face uncertainty with dignity and wisdom, moving from Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence to Relationship Systems Intelligence. Here are some of the topics we’ll cover:


* Learning the 7 keys to fostering change through fluid, agile coaching

* Techniques for managing emotionally intense situations within relationships

* Using change management theory to enhance team and organizational resilience

* Models like Deep Democracy, which enhance your awareness of group dynamics

ORSC Intelligence is recommended to experienced coaches, leaders, project managers, agile coaches, mediators, lawyers, therapists, HR, OD and L&D professionals and consultants, teachers, trainers and professionals in all fields who want to harness the power of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching to achieve better outcomes in work and life.
Choose in-person or online
When you register, you can choose for an in-person course at one of our venues. Or, register for an online course in the 'virtual classroom'. Which do you prefer? With the 'virtual class' we guarantee the same quality and results. You can read it on www.competence.org/virtual-classroom.

Training days
The Intelligence course is three days long. On the second evening of the module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment before the first day of the module.
Since this course is based on a daily rate you are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.
This course is delivered by Competence, part of Schouten & Nelissen: licensed partner for ICF-accredited international programs in the field of Coaching & Leadership.Module


* Day 1 from 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM (lunch included)

* Day 2 from 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM (lunch included)

* Day 3 from 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM (lunch included)

Virtual Intermediate: 
You can choose from two formats, a) six half-days long divided among two weeks (3 consecutive days per week) or b) three consecutive full-days in one week. During each module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. More information about the homework will be shared in the confirmation letter and the leaders will give a detailed explanation during the first day of the course.

This program is part of the ORSC™ Series, CRR Global’s ICF-accredited Coach Training Program. By completing this module you will qualify for 18 Continuous Coach Education Units from the International Coaching Federation (18 ICF CCEUS).  Competence Training Institute is the exclusive partner of CRR Global and offers the ICF-accredited ORSC™ programs in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Virtual via Zoom.
