"Practicing yourself what you are preaching can be difficult sometimes, but thanks to Detmar & our GTD review together I got some very new perspectives on the way I organise my tasks and projects.

Detmar is patient as always and delivered some very valuable feedback :) What I learned mostly was that I should be more critical on what the task in front of me is and not be afraid to throw it to someone else, if that role is actually the one that is responsible.

I get some kind of "coordinating tasks" for SmOps sometimes. Those I find vague, so I (yes wrong I know :)) ignore them and the tasks keep on polluting my to-do-list.

Detmar thought me how to make the NA's much clearer, so it also becomes clear which role is responsible and then reassign it.

"Erg goed boek dat inzicht geeft in hoe bedrijven als Facebook, Linkedin en Instagram hun producten zo ontwikkelen dat ze het onderbewustzijn weten aan te spreken waardoor het gebruik van het product een gewoonte wordt. "This book is a solid introduction to the Dutch language. The exercises in the book are extremely helpful, and the focus on "no English, only Dutch" really helps with fluent understanding from day 1.

They also give online exercises in listening and writing, which is nice.

My one gripe is that I wish more of the exercises came in the form of video tutorials, instead of just listening and/or writing. I think the visual cues you get from a video or speaking with someone in person are extremely important for contextually learning a language.
