Coaching training (semi-advanced): GROW WARM UP

Description :

The GROW Warm-Up program is for those who have already followed an advanced training such as NLP, TA, Gestalt, counseling training... You can assess through this entry level course whether you may participate in the GROW program for advanced students. During 5 days you will focus on developmental problems, your role as facilitator, result orientation, structuring of the interview, contracting and ethics code of the coach. A professional screening allows you to better understand your skills as a coach. GROW Warm Up and GROW lead to PCC certification with the International Coach Federation.

Public target :

A leader who wants to become coach and already has attended an intensive communication course (e.g. NLP, TA, counseling, Gestalt, psychology, ...)
