unFIX on-line Cohort Learning (English)

Getting to know unFIX from the comfort of your home!

We are happy to offer a new unFIX Cohort Learning (English) starting on 3 September.
Facilitated by Mavi & Jens, you will

• Get an overview of the unFIX model, and start describing an organization with the unFIX pattern.
• Experience a perfect mix of input, hands-on action, and interactive knowledge sharing in a small group with people from different backgrounds and industries
• Join five weekly 3-hours-sessions for easy integration into your schedule

Target Audience:

• unFIX Beginners, Agile Coaches, Change Agents, Transformation Managers/Consultants, Organization Designer, Team Leaders, Executives
• Prerequisites: Some general familiarity with agile and lean methods and principles. Deep experience is unnecessary, but we won’t explain basic concepts such as feedback cycles and continuous improvement.

• Teaming Options & Dependency Breakers
• Role Attributes, Time Commitment & Participation Levels
• Innovation Vortex, Investment Horizons & Lifecycle Stages
• Voting Options & Decision-Making Methods

Format:

• Online class via Zoom & Miro.
• Weekly sessions with a perfect mix of short input parts, hands-on exercises, and facilitated knowledge-sharing rounds.
• Weekly homework (approx. less than one hour) to apply what you have learned to your everyday work.
