Is there anything more valuable in organisations than their collective intelligence?

Answering the question in my tagline, I am convinced that the greatest value is to be found in organisation’s collective intelligence. It is with its collective intelligence that an organisation may approach the growing challenges, whether it is resilience, agility, sustainability, the right choice of projects and programme in a portfolio, or the identification of risks in a project. But to tease out and mobilise that collective intelligence a proper process is needed, with the right set of tools and techniques. Here is the role of a facilitator.

With this perspective, I work as a group facilitator, project management trainer (PRINCE2 accredited), and sustainability entrepreneur.  With the experience in learning and development of over 15 years, I have trained extensively in project management, focusing in particular on project planning and control techniques and the PRINCE2 method. As a facilitator I have run many workshops on a variety of themes brought by different clients, in IT and other business domains.

I design and run workshops and training sessions that are dynamic and engaging, facilitated rather than taught, always with the right choice of knowledge input, creative process, tools and techniques. All trainings and workshops can be designed either as open events or as bespoke engagements, with an in-depth analysis of training/development needs, appropriate process design and follow-up.
