"Robert was not just introducing into a range of techniques to own the conversation, but also into the mindset of a routined sales-person. He pointed to the problems and involved his audience charmingly. With a very well structured presentation he made me crave for more sales-workshops, thank god I don't have to spend money on them (yet).
It would be cool though to do some role-playing or alike, but that's hardly realisable within one hour and I would not like to have skipped parts of the presentation. " - 28-06-2018 07:24
