IMDG Course

According to many local regulations employees who work frequently or occasionally with dangerous goods must have an Awareness Dangerous goods certificate. This E-learning Hazmat Course can be followed 24/7. There is no longer an excuse not to train your employees or yourselve.

The online course consists of four modules:

• Law – and regulations of working wih dangerous goods.
• The classification according to GHS and the ADR/IMDG as well as the properties of substances.
• Reading safety data sheets.
• General transport en storage requirements.
• Health and safety and dealing with spill management.

Each module ends with a questionnaire. After finishing the course and, of course, a possitive result, the student receives his or her Certificate Awareness Dangerous goods.

For whom

For those who occasionally or frequently work with hazardous substances. Whether you’re a warehouse employee, lab technician, prevention consultant, public servant or hospital employee, this course is for everyone. This course also complies with section 1.3 of the ADR for Warehouse Employees and Couriers (1000 Point Rule).

Preparatory training

A preparatory training is not required. This is a basic course of dangerous goods that can be successfully completed by anyone who works for it. Therefore, we have not provided a recommended time for the course.

duration

About 4 hours. Of course, it can also be completed faster, but we recommend that you “learn” the course material. After each module, there are a series of test questions to determine if you actually understood the course material. All very simple, but enough to make sure that you have earned the certificate.
