As a starting confidential counselor, you are dealing with a lot of questions. What exactly is your task? Wat are do's and dont's? In this training, you will get all information you need about your role when employees ask for help. You listen to them and together you gather possibilities about how to handle in the specific situation. You also learn how the confidential counselor can be embedded in the company. In the training we use real-life examples so you can practise your new role. This will be partly with an actor, in the afternoon of the second day.
