Do you want result in a short period of time, causing motivated teams, who work energetic? Start work with scrum! Scrum is a transparant way of working in which teams get the freedom to decide how they reach a goal, while the goal is set together with the product owner.
During this workshop I will teach you the basics of scrum in 4 hours. This workshop is especially designed for teams not working on a IT project. Next to a short introduction into the theory of scrum, the majority of the time we will work on an actual project to practice the learned theory in practice. This workshop is ideal for teams who have no experience working with scrum yet, but who are going to start work with it.

The workshop is very practical, it starts with the theory on scrum (max. half an hour) and after that the theory is applied to a project. This could be the project the team is actually going to work on, or a fictive project.
