“Agile is easy to learn, but tricky to master.” You may have heard this before. This is actually not true, much can be done on the basis of common sense. The trainer lays the foundations of Scrum during this workshop and shows how these techniques can be applied by means of an interactive method. Business scenarios will be shared to gain a better understanding of the philosophy of Scrum. After the training you are aware of the different events and roles within Scrum and you are able to apply this within your own team.
