Professional Scrum Master Advanced training - English - PSM-A - PSM II

The Professional Scrum Master Advanced (PSM-A) is an advanced interactive training that develops an in-depth understanding of the attitudes required to effectively fulfill the Scrum Master role.The Professional Scrum Master Advanced (PSM-A) is an advanced two-day interactive training that develops an in-depth understanding of the attitudes required to effectively fulfill the Scrum Master role. You will learn how servant leadership, that comes with it, can be applied in practice towards the Developers, Product Owner, and the organization. During the training, you will learn about the skills you need to develop to grow as a successful Scrum Master, such as being able to apply the principles and values of Scrum to make decisions. You will learn how you can help change the environment of Scrum Teams by creating the preconditions for Agile to work successfully. Included with the training is a free attempt to pass the PSM II exam (and a free retake, see terms and conditions under the Exam heading).

Student profile

The Professional Scrum Master Advanced (PSM II) training course is suitable for you if you: Are an experienced Scrum Master or Scrum/Agile Coach or consultant with an established understanding of Scrum; Have at least one year of experience in the Scrum Master role; Looking for the next step to continue your growth as a Scrum Master; Want to attempt the PSM II exam and be well prepared for it.

Education

It is valuable to have previously completed the Professional Scrum Master training course (or similar) prior to this training course, but not mandatory or you have at lead 6 months experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
