Basic Works Council training

Do you want to get started with your Works Council (WoCo) work quickly and effectively? Then this training is for you! 

In this Basic Training, you’ll gain all the essential knowledge and skills to confidently begin your role in the Works Council. The training is interactive, combining theory and practice to ensure the content is truly internalized. As part of the preparation, you are invited to submit specific cases from your own organization. These will be incorporated into the training day, making the learning immediately relevant and applicable to your work environment.

After completing this training, the WoCo will: 

• Be familiar with the different roles it plays in various situations
• Understands the key articles of the Works Councils Act (WOR) and how to apply them constructively
• Be well-organized and capable of working efficiently
• Has developed insights and skills to influence decision-making by the director and others
• Collaborate effectively as a team
